I was born in Málaga, from an Andalusian mother and an Asturian father. I am a painter, a writer, the mother of two wonderful daughters and an artist of life. I have lived for more than two decades in Florence, where I taught painting I gave painting courses and workshops with the aim of putting art at the service of Human Beings.

I have written several books in which I share my passion for the world of colour and childhood, in an attempt to reclaim the memory of art as a vehicle for the memory of art as a vehicle for personal growth and as an instrument for wellbeing and self-help.
